IRG.ISG Series Single Stage Single Suction Vertical Centrifugal Pump
is jointly designed developed by the scientific technicians of our company and other domestic water pump experts.it is shaped on excellent domestic hydraulic models,applies the performance parameter of its centrifugal pumps and skillfully built up based common vertical pump. The pump is also a new generation of ISC type and used as hot water.high temperature and corrosive chemical pump and oil pump according to different temperature and mediums.
This series pump features high energy saving,low noise and reliable performance etc.,complies
with JB/T53058-93standard of the mechanic ministry of china and designed and manufactured strictly according to ISO2858.
Structure Explanation:
See the structure picture. This pump composes of electric motor and pump with pump structure including the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal. The pump is single stage and single suction centrifugal and vertical type with inlet and outlet at the same horizontal line and same dia. Able to mount on any pipe line at any place easily and small occupying place. The
Pump has foot to increase the consolidation of the pump and with the flange of inlet/outlet, a pressure hole can equip with pressure meter to ensure the pump long and lasting operation with in its rated performance.

1. ISG vertical centrifugal pump used for pumping clear water and clear water like other liquid with temperature not exceeding 80 degree, suitable for industrial and city water supply and drainage, pressurizing the pipe pressure for high building, garden watering, fire pipe pressurizing, distance water supply, heating supply, bath room and for cool and warm water recycle, booster and relative equip.

2. IRG vertical hot water pump is used for energy, refinery, wooden process, chemical industrial, textile industrial, paper making, restaurant, bath room, hotel and for hot water recycling of boiler and city heating system with liquid temperature not exceeding 120 degree.

3. IHG series vertical pipeline chemical pump transports the liquid which is corrosive and without solid grain and similar to water in viscosity. It is suitable in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy,electric power, paper making, food and pharmacy and synthetic fibre etc. Working temperature is -20 to 120ºC.

Daily and fire water supply for constructions, air conditioning system, cyclic pressuriztion for other cold and hot clean mediums.
Characteristic
1.the pump is in vertical structure.the suction and discharge port shave the same diameter and on a same central line.it can bu install on the pipe line like a valve.the pump is compact with good profile,take less space and low construction investment.it can be used outdoor if covered by protection hood.
2.the impellers are installed directly on the extended shaft of the motor,the axial size is short and structure compact.the pump is rationally fitted with motor bearings too effectively balance the radial and axial load generated during pump operation,thus to guarantee the stable pump running low vibration and noise.
3.the shaft is sealed mechanically or with mechanic sealing set.the sealing rings are made of titanium alloy.it is medium-size and high-temperature resistant mechanical seals.the hardened axial metal alloy is wear resistant and can effectively improve the life time of the mechanical seal.
4.installation and repair and done conveniently,no piping systems have to be removed to take out the whole rotor set except the screw linking the pump body and the base.
5.the pumps can be connected in series or parallel in operation according to the need of flow and delivery.
6.the pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the piping requirement.
Working Condition:
1. The pump system's max working pressure is 1.6MPa, i. e. The inlet of pump's pressure +pump head≤ 1.6MPa, working pressure is 2.5MPa, inlet pressure not exceed 0.3MPa, please note that if exceeding 0.3MPa, the seal of the impeller balance hole is needed to keep balance of shaft force.
2. Suitable liquid: Solid particle should not exceed 0.1% of total volume with shape not exceed 0.2mm, if the liquid containing the small particle, the mechanical seal should adopt durable type.
3. Environmental temperature should be less than 40degree. Relative moisture should not exceed 95%.

Feature
1. Single stage and single suction pipeline centrifugal pump of type ISG series are designed by domestic pump experts and our technical personnel with domestic excellent hydraulic model, and adopt centrifugal pump performance parameters of type IS based on vertical pump design.

2. The pump is vertical structure, and import caliber equal to export's and located in the same center line and installed in the pipeline as the valve. The appearance of the pump is compact and beautiful. It is low construction investment with small size. It can be placed outdoor with shield.

3. The impeller installs in extension of the motor shaft directly. The axial dimension is short, compact structure, reasonable allocation of pump and motor shaft. It can effectively balance radial and axial load when pump operates, thus it ensures the operation smoothly of the pump, and it is low vibration noise.
