TD5 is the solution you have been looking for! TD5 is the first DC 24V pump made specificly for home beer brewing. TD5 is comparable to the popular Chugger and March pumps in virtually every way except feature a 25% more powerful motor and of course stainless steel heads. Another benefit is that the TD5 is high efficiency ECM brushless DC motor instead of traditional AC pump, it is even safer and smaller.
As a brewing pump, the TD5 SS Head has 4 main advantages:

Cleaning:
The head of the pump is made completely of stainless steel to reduce the risk of contamination.
° Your regular cleaning should be to simply flush the pump with warm water or warm water with PBW.
° If you feel that a deep cleaning is needed, the head of the pump can be removed completely by removing the 4 screws on the back of the pump.
° After removing the head from the main body of the pump you will find 4 screws attaching the head to the impeller housing. These can be removed to open the impeller housing of the pump. Now each part can be soaked as needed.
° To reassemble please refer to the Structure diagram as above.
Warning:
This pump is not self priming. Do not run dry. This Pump will start running when plugged in.Only use with the provided 24V DC power supply. Using the TD5 with another power supply may shorten the life of the pump.
