Phosphoric Acid Production Waste Water Vertical Sump Pump, Sewage Pump

Model LJYA slurry pump is single-stage single-suction vertical overhung centrifugal semi-submerged pump. Its impeller is semi-open type. This pump has wear-resistant covers in front of the impeller and behind the impeller. It is widely used in chemical process to pump abrasive & corrosive fluids with solids content around 30% and viscosity <200CP. It is especially suitable to pump phosphoric acid slurries and ammonium phosphate slurries in phosphate fertilizer industries.

The temperature of pumped fluid medium <110ºC. If the temperature of fluid medium is higher, use cooling water to cool shaft.
